MH Slurry Pump Description

Type MH/HH/M slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, and centrifugal slurry pumps. Mud pumps, impurity pumps, dredge pumps and desilting pumps all belong to the category of slurry pumps.

Designed for transferring large volumes of abrasive slurry with solid particles, MH series slurry pumps feature wear-resistant wet-end components made from high chrome alloy or rubber, tailored for different liquid conditions.

Slurry Pump Features

■ The MH model features thin liners and impellers that are fully replaceable. Available materials include anti-abrasive metal or rubber, depending on the slurry characteristics.
■ Rubber-lined components are especially suited for transporting slurry that contains fine, non-sharp particles, improving service life and reducing maintenance frequency.
■ MH and MHR pumps support a variety of shaft sealing methods, including gland seal, expeller seal, and mechanical seal, making them adaptable to different operational needs.
■ The pump’s discharge outlet can be rotated in 45-degree intervals and adjusted to eight different positions, providing installation flexibility and compatibility with various system layouts.
