Rubber Impeller

Made from natural rubber, this material exhibits excellent acid resistance and is ideal for handling fine particle slurries with no sharp or abrasive solids. However, due to its vulnerability to alkali hardening and surface scratching, it is best suited for applications involving low delivery head and low impeller linear speed.

Natural rubber linings are especially effective in transporting fine powder slurries, such as iron ore concentrate or similar non-abrasive materials. They offer a cost-effective solution for wear-resistant and chemically stable pump operation in low-head conditions.
